Only Children born between 01.08.2021 and 31.07.2022 are eligible to register (Inclusive of both dates)
Online request may be submitted from 15.03.2025 - 8.45 a.m. to 18.03.2025 – 5.00 p.m.(Saturday to Tuesday) in this website (www.lvslms.com)
Scanned copies of the following documents are to be uploaded along with the request.

Supported file types are :jpg, gif, png, bmp (Max Size:500 KB)

1. Passport size photograph of the child.
2. Birth Certificate of the child
3. Address proof (Father or Mother) : Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Aadhar Card / Ration Card / Gas Bill / Bank Passbook.
4. If any parent is an Alumnus of Lakshmi Matriculation Hr Sec School, he/she should upload the TC or Mark sheet obtained from Lakshmi Matriculation Hr.Sec School.
5. TVS Staff should upload / attach TVS Declaration form.
6. Only children of confirmed employees / probationers are eligible to apply for admission under the TVS Category.

Submission of online request form does not guarantee admission.

If selected, copies of the following original documents are to be brought for verification:

தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டால் கீழே கொடுக்கப்பட்ட சான்றிதழ்களை ( அசல் மற்றும் நகல்களை ) சரி பார்ப்புக்கு தவறாமல் சமர்ப்பிக்கவும்.

1. Birth Certificate of the Child.
2. Community certificate of the Child (OC Candidates should bring the copy of Transfer Certificate of the parent).
3. Residence address proof of parents: Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Aadhar Card / Ration Card / Gas Bill / Bank Passbook.
4. Aadhar Card of the Child.
5. TVS Declaration form.
6. Passport size photographs of the child.
7. Income proof (Pay slip /Salary Certificate / IT Returns -Latest, Income Certificate)
